NHS App
Using your NHS account:
You can use your NHS Account to perform tasks, such as:
- view your medical records
- order repeat prescriptions
- view your test results
- check or cancel appointments
- manage healthcare for your family
- see your vaccination record
- manage hospital referrals
Setting up an NHS account
To login to your NHS account for the first time, you will need to set up an NHS login. Read about how to set up NHS login (nhs.uk).
You can access your NHS account
From the NHS website – Log in – NHS App Online
From the app store – (by clicking the Apple or Android icon below)
If you already use Patient Access you can continue to use it but you can also use the NHS App for a wider range of your healthcare information. The NHS App has all of the functionality that Patient Access does but more so you can replace Patient Access with the NHS App. For more information go to www.nhs.uk/nhsapp.
You can still contact the practice by phone or in person, this is just another option, which other patients have found is more convenient and saves them time. More information including “how to” leaflets and videos of patients and why they are using GP online services are available at www.nhs.uk/gponlineservices
Patchs
Using Patchs
You can now submit requests to your GP online instead of waiting on the phone by visiting PATCH’s and filling in the form. A member of the team will respond to your request within 48 hours. Requests that patients submit on PATCH’s include:
- Request an appointment
- Request a sick note
- Contact us about an admin request
Where possible, please use the NHS app to order repeat prescriptions and view your test results instead of PATCH’s.
You need an account to use this website.
If you need assistance logging into Patchs, please contact the practice where a member of staff will be happy to help.
