NEXT PPG MEETING: MONDAY 2nd JULY 2018

Summer Bank Holiday

Honeypot and Charlton Medical Centres will be closed for the Summer Bank Holiday on Monday 27th August.  However, Belmont Health Centre GP Access Clinic will be open as usual from 8am until 8pm

The Belmont Health Centre, 516 Kenton Lane, Harrow, HA3 7LT

This is a ‘drop in service’ where you do not need an appointment. The GP that you see will send us the consultation notes electronically that are uploaded onto your medical record.

The Practice has set up a Patient Representative Group (PRG) for our patients to discuss health services and local healthcare initiatives.

If you would like to join the Group, or require more information, then please pick up a leaflet from Reception, or download a copy here.

Completed forms can be hand delivered to the surgery or posted to:
